I’ve never met anyone that enjoys being sick, myself included. This past week I was sick with the flu. It was horrible, I had to miss work, cancel dates with people and stay at home. I should have taken the time to go and get a flu vaccine, this would have prevented my being sick. Flu vaccinations are vital seeing as the flu is contagious and even deadly. No matter how healthy you may be it is highly advised that everyone between the ages of 2-49 get a vaccination.
