For such a long time, I thought I had a cold. It was accepted advice. Anything that the nurse told me, I believed in. I could still remember how stuffy my nose was. If it wasn’t stuffy, it was draining.

By the age of 10, I started to question what the nurse had told me. “How could a cold last so long and happen so often?” I decided to get a second opinion from different nurse. She told me that I had allergies.

When Will These Sinus Infection Symptoms Go Away?

There are alot of things that may seem similar between acute and chronic infections. The main difference is how long the symptoms will actually last. Acute sinus infections last for a month or two. Chronic sinus infection can last for months.
